1. Monthly Subscriptions

For all monthly subscription services (LMS, Email Infrastructure, Automation Systems):

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
  • Cancel anytime with written notice.
  • Refund for unused days in the current billing cycle after cancellation.
  • No refunds for past months already billed.

2. One-Time Project-Based Services

For custom web development, SaaS development, automation builds, and similar project-based services:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee if work has not commenced.
  • If work has started, refunds are calculated based on completed work percentage:
    • Project stages are defined in the project agreement.
    • Completed work is non-refundable.
    • Uncompleted work is refundable.
  • Custom quotes and enterprise projects are subject to individual agreements.

3. Setup Fees

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If the setup has not started, a full refund may be issued.

4. Domain & Hosting

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable (third-party costs).
  • Hosting fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months after cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable period:

6. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • For crypto payments, refunds may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank/crypto wallet account again.
  • Contact your payment provider.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with written notice.
