3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Crypto (Bitcoin, USDT, and other major cryptocurrencies)
  • Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe)
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Delivery Models

  • Monthly Subscription/Retainer: Recurring plans for LMS, Email Infrastructure, and Automation Systems.
  • Project-based: One-time fixed fee for custom web development, SaaS development, and automation builds.
  • Custom Quote: Enterprise-level projects requiring dedicated infrastructure and custom workflows.

5. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month. Cancel anytime. Refund for unused days in current billing cycle.
  • One-time Projects: 30-day money-back guarantee if work hasn't started. If work has started, refund minus completed work percentage.
  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable after work has begun.
  • Domain & Hosting: Non-refundable (third-party costs).

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and systems developed by Multiplex.Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the delivered work product, excluding our proprietary frameworks and tools.

8. Liability

Multiplex.Digital provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client data will be provided in a portable format upon request
  • Outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Access to our systems will be deactivated

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
